Emergency rescue
The rescue tooling can lift the faulty shuttle in place, detach it from the rack, dispatch the rest of the shuttles to carry the faulty shuttle to the repair point, the whole process is simple and convenient, and can complete the rapid rescue work within 10min.
The overall modular design of the body can locate the point of failure in 5min, and with the availability of spare parts, the replacement of damaged components can be completed in 20~60min, and the shuttle can be put back on line.
Charging pile
The charging pile adopts charging connectors with a plugging life of up to 10W+ times, which is safe, stable and reliable.
Self-developed charging strategy, support low temperature -25℃ to high temperature 45℃ charging scenarios, charging safer.
Charging pile status real-time monitoring, with short circuit, overload, overheating, overvoltage, overcurrent and other protection functions.
Remote controls
Does not depend on WIFI network, adopts long-distance communication programme, with longer transmission distance and stronger penetration ability in the rack.
With status display function and friendly interface interaction.
The remote control supports one-to-many, a warehouse only needs to configure one.
